Student Agreement for Andalus Institute

Before embarking on your educational journey with us, kindly ensure you are familiar and in agreement with the following terms. This serves as a mutual understanding between you and Andalus institute regarding the use of our platform.

  1. The Andalus Institute provides a comprehensive Arabic language program designed for students eager to achieve proficiency in Arabic. This program concentrates on enhancing reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Arabic. Our curriculum combines structured classes with interactive exercises and diverse educational activities to enrich the learning experience of our students.
  2. In addition to access to the main program, students will have the opportunity to explore other available programs or services. Participation in these additional offerings is optional and not obligatory for students enrolled in the main program.

 

At Andalus Institute, we proudly offer a conditional money-back guarantee upon the completion of our Arabic program, reflecting our commitment to your success and satisfaction.

Should you successfully complete the program within three (3) years, you will have the option to be refunded the full amount you paid to the institute, provided that you were offered this guarantee upon enrollment and checked the box of agreement as available on all our checkout pages.

Eligibility Criteria for Money-back Guarantee:

To qualify for this money-back guarantee, you need to agree to share your story on video, allowing us to showcase it on our social media platforms.

Determination of Eligibility:

Andalus Institute reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a student has met the eligibility criteria outlined in this clause.

 

No Exceptions:

 

By using our platform, you agree that any content you create on the platform may be utilized for marketing and promotional purposes to highlight and promote Andalus institute. This includes but is not limited to text, images, videos, or any other material, created by the Student on the Institute`s website.

Your comfort is paramount. Should you wish for certain content to remain private, you can reach out to request non-utilization.

 

Every student is assigned a unique account which provides a tailored experience designed to meet individual learning needs and preferences. It is imperative that students understand and acknowledge the following:

 

Violation Consequences:

Any violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and you may be held liable for any damages incurred due to unauthorized access or use. We reserve the right to take any necessary legal action in case of a breach of this agreement.

 

 

The Student agrees to pay the monthly subscription fee of 99 USD-OR- 997 USD for a year-long subscription to the platform, as outlined in the Institute’s registration materials. The Institute retains the right to revoke program access if tuition and fees remain unpaid.

In the event that a subscription payment is not received, students will be granted a 28-day grace period before which they must make payment arrangements before losing access to the platform altogether. 

 

Conditional Refund Policy:

Refunds are only available to students who submit a written request via email within 14 days of enrolling in Andalus Institute. Once students have progressed beyond the second Lesson of Kashf Al Mufradaat, they are no longer eligible for a refund, irrespective of the timing of the written request.

 

All materials, both digital and printed, provided by the Institute during the course of the program are the exclusive property of the Institute. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of said materials without express written consent from the Institute is strictly prohibited.

 

The Student is expected to maintain a standard of respect, courtesy, and adherence to Islamic principles during all interactions associated with the Institute. Any deviation from this, including disruptive behavior, foul language, personal attacks or insults, backbiting or otherwise, may result in the termination of this Agreement, at the discretion of the Institute. 

 

The Student may request to terminate their subscription at any time. However, to ensure they are not charged for the subsequent monthly fee, the termination must be at least seven days prior to the upcoming billing date. 

Retroactive subscription terminations are not permitted. If you request to cancel your subscription within 7 days of your billing date and your account has already been charged, your subscription cancellation will be effective from the following month. Refunds will not be issued for cancellation requests received after the 7-day limit.

 

  1. This agreement remains valid and binding as long as you are enrolled on our platform. Any changes to the agreement will be communicated and will require mutual consent.
  2. The start of this Agreement is with the Student`s registration date and will stay active either until the program`s conclusion or when the Student exits the program, for whatever reason, depending on which event happens first.

 

The Institute is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Student as a result of the Student`s participation in the program. The Student assumes all risks associate with the program.

 

  1. Special Addendum

This addendum applies solely to students enrolled in the limited platform, specifically those with access to the "Arabic Like an Arab 2.0" program.
